The job itself was easy and management were good for standing up for staff to unreasonable customers.

Staff need to pay for overpriced food on breaks, provided with bread for free but any fillings need to be payed for. Shifts are either non-existent or completely overwhelming, which is not what I was promised during the interview period, not ideal for students. 4 people were sacked for minimal reasons when I was there, and the staff turnover is quicker than anything I've ever seen. Definite favouritism for staff that have been there for years and bad attitude shown towards newer employees from other staff.
