Sometimes hour are ridiculous and overtime

I got to create the revlon site in multiple languages, and some minor work on bic site.

I was working in the new york office and the manager was in France, who barely contacted or communicated with me. The main development project I was creating, there was poor communication, project management, and leadership. The timing deliverable was stressful, causing me to work 12-14 hours. Also, prior to starting, I learned that the entire NY employees had a full turnover. That was the first sign something was not right. From start to finish, the entire experience was awful.
