Great small town hospital with awesome co workers

Pay was on the lower end

Tons of OT, but I can't think of another "pros".

Terrible management, blatant favoritism from the D.ON. , A.D.ON., and on-site administrator, poorly staffed, extremely high turnover, constant mandation, no support nor leadership from the D.ON. and administrator, lousy working environment, unaffordable health insurance benefits for a large number of the staff, and I could keep going but I've already wasted enough time, plus I think everyone gets the point.
