Great work life balance (WFH) Great people with an MD who cares about you and your progression. Very knowledgeable developers that you can learn a lot from. Always felt listened to.

No office buzz when I was in (led me to WFH more which I also didn't mind) Sometimes not enough work but this gave me time to complete training (so also a positive). Felt like sometimes I was living in the dinosaur ages with a telephone being the preferred way of contacting colleagues as opposed to Microsoft Teams/Slack etc. as you had to call someone for the tiniest of questions.

A very stable business with a large and established client base, with a very accomodating MD who genuinely cares that people are happy in their role. The business is well managed and all members of staff are always happy to help.

There is nothing negative to add.
