People are often hired to do a job, but not given the trust to do their job or use their expertise - No vision for the company or where it’s going, which results in unclear priorities and leadership guidance - Benefits are minimal - Low team morale due to leadership rarely giving praise or acknowledgment of accomplishments - Questionable business practices when it comes to the company’s handling of candidate interview process, employee hiring, and consumer transparency (employees are often asked to do things they are uncomfortable with, like write reviews for products they have not yet used)
