      - A great book of clients we've had for decades - A fun camaraderie that is slowly disappearing

      - New leadership that doesn't care about associates, only what they can do to sell the company to the next equity partners - This leadership doesn't like to be challenged - Lots of layoffs of really solid, long-standing associates of high character - Removed a perk of closing the office at 3pm on Fridays - Did away with Christmas party - Over 20 layoffs in the last few months makes those of us with a job still nervous that we are next.

      Great people who are very dedicated and easy to connect with, good pay for my role, standard benefits, enjoyable work, leadership seems to be turning around with new direction (especially in HR).

      Moving at a fast pace, so makes some uncomfortable if they'd rather sit and do the same thing every day.

      Individual department leaders and cultures (at least mine) are good.

      Over the last year, this company has completely removed all of the original ELT and replaced it with former colleagues of their new CEO. The culture has all but disappeared and ELT has figured out a way to micromanage everyone through their departmental leaders. Feedback is not taken seriously, changes are made overnight that affect the whole company, and there is no accountability from ELT.
