1. CEO thinks he is Elon Musk reincarnated. Has a very toxic persona. Appears smart, but acts like a child when making decisions. 2.The CEO runs the company based on just vibes. Which basically means you're not judged based on the 5 months worth of work you do, but rather your perception on slack channels weeks before your performance review. 3. Some of the heads lack management experience, which makes sense, this their first ever job. 4. The kind of toxic stuff that flies at this company is insanely illegal. 7 day work weeks are regular. 5. There is always an urgency for everything, even if it is not required. It's actually laughable. 6. Who is this for? If you have a personality that can score brownie points by always appearing to be doing work, you'll be fine. You're rewarded for your visibility in projects. 7. Observer article is not a lie.

a) Work culture is great. The colleagues are very helpful and always ready to lend a hand for the new joiners when they are in the process of understanding the business model and work pattern. b) Team leads provides efficient and good training for agents to understand the product/ services the company offers c) Review meetings take place on a regular basis for employees to share feedback and concerns and the team leads and managers take each point into consideration and ensure the work environment is the best for growth d) Extra hours of effort during peak load times of the month are rewarded and each extra effort put in is greatly appreciated. e) All SOPs are very detailed, designed and updated in such a way that the agents can easily understand the product/ services the company offers. Regular training is provided. f) Company takes good care of the employees, deliveroo food allowance is the best part. g) Company offers a great opportunity for agents to understand the technicals of smart metering, billing process and industry backend works when it comes to changing energy suppliers for the consumers. Over-all a very excellent company to grow in the smart metering sector and understand the challenges the energy utility market in the UK faces on a ground level basis.
