It's a great place to build experience. Because Fused Solutions is a grow from within company, there are a lot of opportunities that wouldn't be available in other places.

Call Center work is emotionally demanding, but it's the nature of the job. Because of a great team and family at Fused, this is easier to manage.

great start out pay, management treated you better than the actual people who own the place. If you like to work and like to have 40hrs plus a week this would be the place.

promised health benny that's never happened and I was full time worker but part time salary. It takes a lot of patients to be able to do this job. You have a lot of people mad at the world and call and Yell at you and you HAVE to maintain your cool.

Thanks for your effort during a transitional period for the business. Appreciate your feedback and sorry for the delay in responding but I just learned of site. We really take feedback seriously and have daily huddles, and weekly cadence meetings where feedback is shared.
