Vantaggi

- standard benefit ( medical, dental, optical) - OT dinner ( pretty much OT everyday) - attrative working environement ( meant to cheat interviewer and client) - hmmm.. cant think of any more.. maybe a lot of juniors and young guy? (Imagine all those freshgrad with inexperience skill and work on multi million project)

Svantaggi

- typical chinaman company - bad working culture (OT everyday, no OT means bad performance) - HR is rude and they made themselve god (dont trust anything HR says or tell you, they mostly cheat or hiding something from you to let u fall into the trap) - BOND. Bonus bond, training bond, travel bond, etc - management or lead are literrally brainless or heartless. They would give u task at 7pm (off time) and require you to complete them that night or next morning.
