It's always important to share your thoughts, especially if you don't feel like your overall experience is a positive one. As you pointed out, Future's resources for staff are pretty great. One of those resources is a colleague-led set of tools for gaining direction and a growth path from within the company. It doesn't sound like you didn't have what you need on your team for growth, and also didn't take advantage of the growth tools to find the path best suited for your skillset.
