Sexual harassment received from directors which influenced other employees to join in and be accepted as normal behaviour towards women within the office - Legal action is being taken against Future Engineering Recruitment. You are expected to work very long hours (over those contracted - or you will be fired) - VERY BAD work to life balance . You are constantly being micromanaged and they intend to "break you" in order for you to learn their processes, you are treated as a number and they remind you of this frequently. Thrown into the deep end with lack of training resulting in very high turnover of staff and unhappy employees. 80% of the new employees hired in the duration I was there, left or were fired. Commission structure makes it very hard for you to earn any commission.
