No pros - Pro for yourself if you can avoid to join this company as it will be a blessing for yourself. You can take the job, take the money as long as you can survive the worst environment.

This is the most damaging workplace experience of my career. There appeared to be a tight inner circle between senior technical staff and leadership (BE CAREFUL) and they don’t even care about the current status of the projects. They like to put someone powerless to be blamed. Be careful when they smile or show happiness to you. It could be a half face … I would encourage candidates to do thorough due diligence before accepting an offer and ask direct questions about everything to discover red flags.
