FTL has, by far, been the most welcoming, inclusive and flexible company I have ever worked for. FTL put their people first, which is so refreshing. I feel heard in my position, I can always turn to my manager; she is a wonderful role model (and person). Staff enjoy perks such as: remote working, well-being allowance, and access to therapy, we also get Friday off as part of our 4-day-week initiative. What more could you want :D
