The only con I can think of is the general risk you take when working for a contractor.

Team is very flexible and willing to work with schedules. I've never had a problem that I felt I couldn't bring to my team leads for resolution. The job is easy to learn and training was smooth. I really bonded with a majority of my team and we work as a tight unit. Work life balance is excellent. Although I am full time, I have only rarely felt that I had a full 40 hour work week.

Pay is a bit lower than the other companies that operate in the workspace. Schedule can vary from standard working hours (8-4) to late nights (4-12) to over nights depending on the needs of clients. Day to day hours can vary.
