almost no career progression No real development opportunities Assign heavy and time consuming duties that makes sure you never progress your career and to quit before ever getting promoted very low salary No reward system No feeling of appreciation Useless medical insurance The work environment is filled with too much toxic gossip Punishment system is severe ex: If you are absent, sick, late for even one min they deduct the whole day and if u repeat it again it will be quarter of your salary deducted!
