You will wear many hats and get exposed to a broad tech stack in much greater depth than you might anywhere else. Consider it a unique opportunity. There aren't a lot of HSM vendors in the world. I deeply value the time I spent working here.

You risk burning out if your goals are not aligned with the business. Don't expect communication to be all that great between management and the engineers. I saw a lot of positive change during my time here, but the communication is unlikely to improve. There are many reasons why the status quo works that you'll just have to discover for yourself if you choose to work here. This is hardly a unique problem, but it's worth mentioning if you choose to work at a small place like this.
