Not only do I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone in the company, everyone here is extremely passionate about the company's mission and goals, which makes it even more exciting and motivating to come to work everyday. - Employee happiness is a #1 priority to them. Management wants to know what direction you want to head in career-wise as well as what interests you most and they work hard to ensure that you are able to work towards those goals. It's been great working here and I only look forward to many more years working at Fuzzy! - Pet-friendly (obviously) - The pet health care space is wide-open for innovation and the c-level team is working hard to be the front-runners in leveraging tech to help streamline the inefficiencies in this area. - Compensation may not be the most competitive but they are an early-stage startup who just received a recent seed round. Once the next stages of funding are in place, things will more than likely change. They are all certainly aware of this and are working hard so that every employee is compensated what they deserve.
