You will be surrounded by some of the smartest people you have every met. You also will be able to gain a lot of skills and be exposed to an enormous number of industries. It's a relatively stable firm in the world of VC because of its LP dynamics and everyone has a growth mindset

None that I can think of

- salary - portfolio companies are doing amazing work - benefits - most people are nice and hardworking

- dealing with all the Fidelity (our parent company) items is time-consuming and inconvenient - no longer fully remote or as flexible, although some employees are allowed to not come in which is unfair - too much work and not enough staff to support - can be a lot of travel and long days since we're international, no good work-life balance
