G-CON has a wonderful team environment where everyone is like family, working with a common goal in mind. Upper management does a wonderful job at listening to team members and implementing opportunities for growth, success and career advancement.

Company is still considered "new" relative to the industry but has proven to lead the industry with a quality product.

Great mission. Good camaraderie at team level

Very high pressure. Lack of authority. Layers of leadership do not get along.
