Friendly/helpful co-workers in a laid back environment, bi-weekly catered lunches, dogs allowed in the office, unlimited PTO, small size company which makes it easy to collaborate across various departments and everyone pretty much knows each other.

Not a whole lot of job growth opportunities, pay isn't that great.

The senior management is horrendous. When I left most employees were looking for other jobs. Everyone is expecting this company to close due to poor leadership and bad business decisions.
