Will hire anyone but will not train you, HR will mess up your first check, company isn't transparent, passive aggressive environment, they expect you to know everything 1st day on the job with absolutely no training, need to hire individuals with experience they need instead of hiring candidates with no experience of the job, gives bad & non constructive end of year reviews with high expectations and absolutely NO TRAINING. Managers only work with themselves. Everyone aren't managers, they just been working with parent company Gearbulk. no structure and organization, will fire anyone even employees that worked 20+ years ago. HR is always messing up your pay & benefits. HR isn't there for employees, so when there's an issue employees have no where to voice opinions or concerns. You're either over worked or under worked due to lack of training. Employees are frustrated with management. Wouldn't distribute bonus equally only to people they personally like.
