Lots of politics specially in QA department, some in Development team also. The Senior managers in QA department have no real knowledge, no leadership capability and no particular vision. They just do a lot of favoritism and with lack of leadership and knowledge they confuse the team at every stage. No real HR policies No rewards or recognition's.
