Horrible Management/New Employees - Recensione dipendente - Shift Supervisor presso G4S

Management is weak. New hires are inexperienced and are not fit to work in the security environment. G4S claims to be exclusive and have a top notch hiring process but some of the garbage I see hired invalidates that claim. Secure trax and the payroll system are out of date creating many payroll problems. I have gone multiple weeks with incorrect payments and this takes higher management (HR) weeks to get the correct amount owed. Uniforms are cheesy, and makes officers look like wannabe police.
