Low Pay, Company encourages promotion from within but it is not true unless you are part of the "good ole boys," the office I am out of Westchester Illinois management and staff lie to you and are the most unqualified staff I have ever seen. Don't believe anything they say or promise because they lie and try to manipulate you. If you sexually harass employees or client and complaints are filed the employee doing the sexual harassment will get promoted to another site. The Management has not follow through. They violate the employees work rights and laws.
