Horrible place with poor management /very corrupt - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso G4S

I worked with G4s and believe me I had never seen such horrible management ever in my life , They dont care about employees , all they do is hire people who are unqualified just for the sake of they had security license and as long those people also is their friends especially here in Edmonton , Alberta lots of terrible things happen, the manager dont really care and I wonder who are this Operations really because to me its very annoying how things works in this company , as long your are their information provider , gossiping about other work maids and give them this information they will love you forever and you will be automatically treated different from others , be given better place to work , been better unlike other people , even they is an issue that need immediate attention they will never solve it professionally instead they will hate you for mentioning up whats happening , they dont like the truth to be said .The place is very horrible to work in , so many people quiet especially even in their office because of the rudeness and selfishness they had , they encourage their staff to insult one another no better discipline they can take , all they like seating at the office and send the mobile to go and che k other guards and bring the gossip , what a hell place to work in and more worse you will be working with desperate fools who are fighting for positions back stabbing one another and the office will be dancing , their job post is internal even u apply for it as long they don't like you they wont give you instead give it to their loved ones . To stand your ground in G4S its a crime you will be hated and they don't like to see someone who had better education than them , they will make sure they treat you badly and don't really care about people. over time not allowed only to their friends
