AVOID AT ALL COST - Recensione dipendente - Prison Custody Officer presso G4S

I had a very disappointing experience working at G46. The pay was simply not commensurate with the demands of the job and the challenges faced daily. Unfortunately, my time there was further marred by bullying from my manager in the Youth Custody division. Despite raising my concerns, the company did nothing to address the situation, which left me feeling unsupported and undervalued. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a positive work environment.
