      Members of staff are creative, enthusiastic and friendly to work with making it an enjoyable place to work. Some very interesting jobs come into the studio.

      Svantaggi

      Understaffed. There are only a few senior staff that do the majority on the design work and so most people do not get to explore there design skills.There is no CAD manager and so time is lost in inconsistency and not having a CAD library.

      Flexible working CPD training and lunch Sociable activities including Friday drinks, monthly presentations and parties in and out of the office. Greatly fitted large kitchen and relaxed work environment. Ability to grow and have your voice heard.

      They do over-hire then cut back in big shifts. Can be a little overwhelming to see 50 new employees suddenly leave or join. Some people's talents are overlooked. Not all managers are as stimulating of candidates as others.
