The environment in the manufacturing areas is extreme. Generally hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The process by it's nature is loud and dirty.

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
