The culture is what brought me to Gallo, and why I've stayed. It is a family owned business, and those in charge whether family or not, value work ethic, integrity and humility. Family is important at Gallo and while we do work hard, we are also encouraged to enjoy down time doing those things that are important to us. Management is very accessible, including the CEO who will walk around and chat with people to get to know them and understand their contributions to Gallo. Wine is a fun business to be in, and working for the largest winery in the world makes me a proud to work for Gallo.

I'm not sure there are many downsides. We are a big organization, so sometimes things move a little slowly. It can also be hard to get an offer from Gallo, because we are very selective, but that makes for quality colleagues and teams.
