Much better management since the last review posted and great people to work with!

Workload is not distributed fairly or evenly.

It was close to where I live and nobody really cared what you got done unless it messed up there bonus.

Nobody stays there very long. Only ones that stay around are the top people and their why people leave in the first place. They gots a buddy system and if you aren't in it then you don't have much worth to them. And nobody tells you how your doing or no raises.
