Nice team members who work as hard as you. Team members have each others back as leaders lie, backstab and cause severe mental distress to employees.

Svantaggi

Incredibly poor management. Directors in UK and Ireland are horrific. Directors pocket all coms and employees are told to just be grateful they have a job. Company has horrific turnover, clients are picking up on the trends of original directors treatment of employees.

The company has a high turnover rate, with employees cycling in and out due to unresolved issues. The commission structure is also poor and lacks transparency. Management’s toxic style involves blaming employees for things outside their control. There’s a culture of retaliation against those who voice concerns, further contributing to a negative atmosphere. Severe micromanagement and a lack of trust in employees create a fear-based culture.
