-Horrible management -Language barrier (since all management is mostly Korean and they make all the decisions) -No chances of moving up -Consistently being watched and never listened to -Huge turnover of employees every month for very valid reasons -So many people quit that your daily tasks will become overwhelming -Hard work is not recognized & you will not get a raise -Promises will be said just so you shut up for the time being but they will be broken
