I joined GDS International from the recruitment industry and I haven't looked back. Fantastic culture, healthy working hours and interest in staff well being. Comprehensive on boarding and training programme. On the job support from management and colleagues and I have made some great friends already. The Senior Leadership team encourage innovation and communication. Very impressed so far and excited for my long term career here.

All areas of improvement are being looked into by our senior leadership (training gaps, staff feedback etc) which is extremely encouraging.
