I joined GDS earlier in the year. Everyone I’ve met has made me feel very welcome, and in the time I’ve been here I’ve seen some fantastic sales achievements, not just by the long-timers but also by people in their first few weeks. The basic pay and commission structure is brilliant, better than any I’ve heard of for sales/ recruitment professions in Bristol. The company offers a great product, the initial 3 month training programme is very in-depth and, and since then I've found pod leaders are supportive and happy to give you their time if you ask questions. There’s a great work/ life balance, most people leave at 5pm.
