Ouch. I see you are no longer with us and I can only assume that a difficult exit has left you with this resentment. Given you had been with GDS 1-2 years I imagine you must have been settled for a while. A feeling of being replaceable is A) just a feeling and B) not altogether negative as we are all replaceable if we no longer deliver value (in all companies). I make a point of engaging with all new recruits and have found they generally have a very accurate vision of the role they are taking on. Sorry to hear you're upset, hope that the next step suits you better and you are happy and fulfilled. Tanya
