3yThanks for leaving a review outlining your experience, its a shame you did not feel there was enough training on offer. As a group we have worked very hard to create a robust schedule for training, starting with a two week induction away from the sales floor, backed-up by sales sprints rolled out by our in-house training team which run continuously throughout the year. Our trainers are always on hand for one-to-one coaching so I’m surprised you were unable to benefit from this. Sales is by nature target driven and having KPIs are a necessity for management to keep on top of performance, identify areas that need improvement/training and reward those that over-perform. I'm sorry this environment made you feel pressured, sadly sales is a high pressured but rewarding line of work.
