Thank you for your review. It’s disappointing you were unable to profit from the development opportunities offered at GDS Group. We have quarterly Sales Excellence groups which you may have missed the chance to be a part of if you were only in the business for a short time. We have a strong junior leadership team to support growth and training, it’s a shame you felt you were micromanaged as we try and offer space and autonomy to all our staff. It’s hard to believe your contract changed in 2 months, our HR team really would be busy if they were changing staff contracts every two months, fairly sure this is illegal so its unlikely to have happened.
