Strong base Salary& Some nice people but you must stay away!

The management are pretty much all croneys for the CEO and they fire 10-20% of people on a whim every 6 months. The product is a bit snake-oilish and they encourage you to stretch the truth very very thin. There is a lot of problems with the culture, and whilst some people succeed, it's often because they are talented anyway, not because of the company. The CEO, CRO, COO and VPs have all changed in the last 12 months. Talent has been stripped away. It's a boiler room with set dials, aggressive (but unnecessary) KPIs focused on volume over quality. Honestly, dark ages of sales enablement. Zero trust in the organisation and you can only progress if you aggressively glug the coolaid.
