Commission regularly changes and is often paid incorrectly. Management promoted based on ability to brownnose and be 'one of the boys'. Different summits are much easier to book delegates onto. Summits are assigned to managers based on how well liked they are by SLT, meaning that your commission will largely be determined by your managers popularity. SLT insist that DSEs book delegates onto their teams summit, however this is regularly ignored leading to harder-to-book summits being underfilled until 3 weeks out. Very toxic environment, HR is non-existent. SLT constantly changing their mind every month leading to constant change, often reverting to old processes and competencies after understanding whatever new scheme they have concocted has failed.
