The organization was strong, The GE family means being a part of something that you can be proud of. From my first day they pushed the GE brand and the AAA rating. I learned a lot through their training programs and even more from working with the individuals their. The company was clear with the programs and it seemed like the customers respect the GE name.

GE is so large you can feel lost. You truly do become a number instead of a name or a face. They also are doing everything they can at the moment to cut back costs. This makes sense because of the economy but it isnt like the banks where they throw luxuries at you to make you put up with the large amount of work.
