Not a bad place to be in a tough economic environment. It is also a pretty good resume builder... Fortune continues to rank it tops in management development and best managers.

"What have you done for me lately" culture. Nobody celebrates the successes and everybody points out the faults. In addition, this culture is a very cover your butt mentality. Meaning, corporate climbers are everywhere looking to throw someone else under the bus to cover their own.
