- kinda bad management in Romania - no development plan - inequities between pays for similar job - long period of inactivity due to lack of projects - hard to travel due to a sap system that has a lot of flows .. delays in paying your diurne when traveling - you are asked to travel in dangerous countries - there are discrepancies between traveling payment for different persons - not a creative environment - more like a small company thinking - lacks strong leadership the managers don't assume responsibilities and try to blame employees for their failures
