Transportation leadership does not value their employees. They have some some pretty terrible things over the last few years. For example taking good hardworking folks from one location and telling them if they want to have a job they can move with no assistance or cost of living adjustment to a new city that is 30% more expensive. Some of these folks were leadership program graduates doing good things and cost less than the new hires they are getting in Chicago. They have treated people who have given up a lot for the company like they dont mean anything at all. One day you are working for a company for 10 years and the next day they tell you that you need to bid on the job you already have to see if you are still the right choice. I have seen families move to the new Chicago location as high performing employees to be told within a year that they are just not the right fit.
