Employees are disposable. Complicated Matrix Organization. Functionally driven. No root-cause analysis for fact based decisions. Problems are unacceptable if not presented with immediate solution. Tough to leave if you are well compensated compared to external market. Benefits package has deteriorated, including medical and retirement. Metrics driven and must work lots of hours, with high stress.
