Inconsistent management, what's great one week is considered poor the next. Metrics are tough when you are dealing with customers with a lot of different problems to take care of or very angry customers. Geico wants you to keep them happy but they want you to cut them off ("one and done"- take care of their one problem and get them off the phone) and still get excellent surveys.
