Management is unorganized. Constant change--more than normal. You can walk in one day having used a system for 6mo and be told that the system is no longer used and have to log in to take phone calls in a brand new one with no training. Growth promised but not realistic. They hire externally but rarely post internally. The review is only 3* because of the pay and benefits, truly.

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
