Where Do I Start.. I feel that since this is not considered one of the regional offices, the management feels that they can pick and choose which rules they want to follow. There are so many HR complaints in this office, it’s sad. The supervisors are all extremely unprofessional. They trash talk employees, both current and prior, with no regard. Most only talk about getting drunk on the weekends or gossip about each other. Employees are no better, spreading rumors about others, having affairs with management.. it’s like trash TV. As far as how employees are treated in the office, it’s a favoritism game. The employees that brown nose or complain to HR are the ones that get promoted. The employees that break their back aren’t recognized at all, instead are the ones told that they need to improve in some area. The only time management sends out some type of “good job” email is when someone had complained about the lack there of. Employees aren’t appreciated for their work ethic. Everything is about numbers, especially with this new director they’ve promoted. You can be an employee for 10 years but if you miss a metric for three months you’re terminated. Office moral is at an all time low because they have taken away the sense of job security. No one enjoys their job. Every employee talks about how much they hate it here on a daily basis. The only positive people are the new hires but give it a couple months and their can do attitude is replaced by screw it just like everyone else. They only promote internally for important positions like HR. That’s because if someone came into that office and seen all of the nonsense that goes on in this office, it would be investigated by Bill Roberts himself. They hire too many people but there aren’t enough claims for the new hires so they nit pick and find a reason to fire someone so that they can re-distribute that adjuster’s work load. It’s Sick! The building is in terrible condition. The elevators are death traps that breakdown every couple of months. You can only use one set of stairs to enter and leave the building. You can only go out of one door, all other doors have been locked which is a safety hazard. The bathrooms smell terrible 100% of the time and barely work. When they breakdown you have to literally walk across a highway to another building to use their bathroom or squat in a portable on the side of the building. THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST OFFICE GEICO HAS! It should be closed down to be completely honest.

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
