As long as you don't cross anyone with "power", it's really hard to get fired. -Decent benefits, although after 2014, this point won't matter. -Long training, which means a lot of time off of the phones! -Easy to get hired there because they're always hiring. -Close to the mall and food chains which makes up for no cafeteria and a mediocre facility. -Licenses are taught and paid for by the company.

-No work/life balance. Mandatory overtime. Permanent weekends and evenings. -Terrible culture and morale. Everyone is worked to death. Most would leave if there were other opportunities in the area. -Fast-paced, mentally exhausting work that is micromanaged. -Negative feedback about every little thing you do wrong. Inconsistencies in procedures, scoring, and treatment of employees. -Lack of promotional opportunities. Not a company to have a career with unless you're willing to move. -Software programs are unreliable, yet you’re expected to still meet your goals. -Career advancements are politics rather than actual skill. -Managers and supervisors have been known to “date” their subordinates. The environment is incredibly unprofessional and gossipy. It's a small office. Word travels fast. The bottom line: This list continues. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time.
