Works you to the bone, so many new claims coming in representatives are not able to keep up so they only end up working on claims that customers call on. Had to work past hours just to get a chance to call people because phones were running off the hook all day long plus you had to answer your team members calls if they were on another call. Supervisors are constantly listening in on your calls, treating employees like 2 yr olds.
