They have handled the pandemic poorly. Almost all of the tenured people I know are job hunting. I used to feel like they were fair but it's very clear it's who you know not what you know that gets you promoted now. The only reason I still work here is I'm waiting to finish my bachelors so I can find a job that will pay me as much as I make here.
